I have brought 1 Motorola G13 phone on Flipkart with an exchange offer of 4450 on my old Redmi Note 5Pro phone. the phone was supposed to be picked up within 10 days of delivery of new phone. But now its already been 55 days and 15 complaints but they did not pick the phone and exchange amount is not given. Now they are asking me to use the sell back option to sell the phone , with this option i am getting rs.1000 less than the exchange amount committed during the deal finalization. This is fraud from flipkart that they commit good amount of exchange while selling the phone and once the phone is sold out they doesn’t pick the exchange phone. I request Flipkart to collect my exchange phone and pay me Rs.4450 which was committed during deal finalization
