My name is Tenzin dhargyal. I bought a tatoo kit machine from Flipkart which I paid 10152 RS. Seller is mumbai tatoo. I order on 20oct. Nd I recived on 28oct. When I open the box most of important machines r missing plus the waltage was broken. On that point I rase a complaint to flipkart costomer care. They said they will resolve my problem by 9nov till then to wait. I waited but before 9nov I recived a message that my request is rejected. Then again I called nd spoke with there costomer care he said my date is extended to 15 Nov due to some issue with seller. I was chating with the seller from 3 Nov nd seller hav not received any mail from Flipkart side. I findout seller detail from Flipkart. On 15nov I got a messege again which is rejected. Then again I called they gave me new date 18nov. I was arguing with them many time they said some backup team hav to investigate my problem. I recived a call from there backup team also nd they asure me that my resolution will be soon nd they asked my I’d proof nd bank details. I co-operate with them. Coz I was hoping my problem will solve. But yesterday 18nov I did not get any call from them nd I call back them they said backup team hav not finished there work so my day extended to 30nov. Now it’s alomost a month. I been talking more them 15 costomer care from day one. Today I wrote a complaint in national consumer. Plezz help me to get my money back. This my first time happen lik that. I nd my other family members used to order many things from Flipkart. But never get fraud lik this. I hav been waited according to them so much now I can’t.
