Purchase a shirt from Flipkart on 7 Oct 19 and paid 382 amount for that via 2 differ mode one is 223 from flipcart wallet and second is FROM debit card and confirm the order then they send me delivery on 14 oct that was too bad quality and (on Sam day immediately) I raised a complaint again same to replace with the help of flipcart help desk and they told me will deliver u ur replacement product on 17
but product not arrive then I call customer care they again told me to hold till 19 but again I don’t get my product on 19 then again I call to help desk they told me directly ur order will arrive approximately 24 Oct but that order received me on 22 Oct and facing same issue with that order it’s not as per the shown and given guidelines
then I again raise complaint for refund of mine money and they proceed the complaint and give me refund of RS 159 in debit card and 123 in wallet interested of 223 and clearly said ur 100 RS wallet amount is got expired but I ask them recently I use and regenerate my wallet amount due to ur wrostest service then how can it has that same date..
which is already expired and I raised complaint on 22 Oct for refund then u have to give me full of mine experience…but they clearly Said we don’t give u any take any action whatever u want….
