This is the email i sent flipkart assuming this was the email address to the CEO.
Respected Sir,
- I would like to apologize in advance if this email may sound unexpected, rude or unprofessional in any manner. I say this because my level of frustration has reached a saturation point.
I need your help and attention to one of the most bizzare cases that you may come across because its weird and unacceptable. My wife and I ordered a USHA food processor few weeks ago. When the product arrived, it was dead. We requested a replacement because it didnt give me a refund option. I waited tor 5 days therafter, for the replacement to arrive. Since we faced the brunt of not being alert the last time, we decided to check the just arrived replaced product. AGAIN, IT WAS DEFECTIVE. DOA.
The flipkart agent said i shall take this product back and you may call customer service and they will either file for another replacement or give you the money back. We told him that tge replacement windoe for the original order is done and the policy for returns say only one replacement will be accepted. He still said you can talk to them.
The strive has begun since that day by speaking to multiple agents at customer service and then also being dodged around by a supervisor who constantly forced us to only take the replacement and not a refund.
We ordered that as a diwali gift for my parents during th BIG sale and if you check we ordered close to 30k or 40k worth products during this offer sale. Least i expected was being cheated and treated like this.
I would request you to help me resolve this issue at the earliest because i am DONE with these people who either dont have th authority to help or either have lost the will to.
