Im writing this mail after my awful experience of buying this product from Flipkart worth Rs. 30599/- .
I got the package on 5th April 2023 when I opened the package the product was totally different from what Was shown and what I ordered and was worth Rs. 1500/- .
The same day I issued a complaint against the order I was assured that pickup will take place but that didn’t happened and today (30th May 2023) I’m still waiting for my product to get picked and for my refund of 30,599/- .
There has been cancellation of approval for pickup around 5-6 times by the company.
The courier office informed me that they haven’t received any information regarding the product to be picked up by Flipkart.
Everyday I talk to a different customer executive I get a new date with assurance of pickup but that never happened till date.
The Customer service is pathetic and they even dismissed my calls in between and never called back. The E-mail id provided to me for registration of complain was also wrong and the mail didn’t get sent successfully either.
I got scammed by them and still getting harassed from the past 1.5 months for my own money.
