i have purchased through flipcart by payment of cash on delivery. I returned the item as I did not like the product , the same ammount was kept in flipcart gift card wallet. The ammount of rupees 862 was reflected in my flipcart gift card wallet. I did not purchased anythingh by flipcart but Now the ammount was shown in flipcart gift card wallet as zero. I contected on phone to flipcart representative, who told me that since you did not purchased any item through flipcart for one year, the money is debited to zero. flipcart has never given me a message/notice regarding this that flipcart is going to debit money from my account to zero. Flipcart has taken rupee 862 from my account without my knowledge. this is a fraud by flipcart. please do needful so that I can get back my hard earned money.
