I am here to report fraud done by First games.
Game Id: 60517251
5000 rupees loodo game played on 04th May 2024.
They didn’t add 3 points to my total even though I have completed my move with in time i.e rolling dice and moving pawn.
I have raised 7-8 complaints regarding the same all I got is silly response like play more win more like that.
Finally when I asked them about recording of game they said there is no provision to provide it.
This is not the first time I had faced the issue. They simply don’t want to solve the issue. All they want us hefty charges they get while we play.
I need refund of 9000 which I should have won if they gave 3 points rightfully.
