I ordered some clothes online from faction hut but instead of clothes i got some old worn out garbage, its very wrong how frauds are happening in broad day light and with so many people, why isn’t there any action taken yet, the mode of payment is cod, thats why its easier to trust such fraudulents,I would also like to bring to the notice how the courier partner “ekart” is still helping this fraud to grow, is there no precautions they take before becoming a courier partner, i am very much disappointed by ekart as well as consumer court for taking no action againist these fraudsters , please look at these photos
