I had ordered track pants worth Rs.1199 and it had a packing of 6 dofferent customers with their names written on it. When I unpacked the parcel there were 2 fully torn and very dirty shirts. After seeing the parcel when I tried to open the site for return there was no such website. Then I saw that there were already 11 complains registered in consumers forum against that site. If already there were 11 reported cases against this site then why it was not investigated properly.
