They have taken the money for 4 months as a prepaid service but will not provide internet service. Their office is closed 24/7 and they do not pick up their numbers. The fraudster-in-chief Karan Narula’s number is 9910056774 and his right-hand man Abhishek’s number is 9555067470. These people need to be in jail. The customer care people simply redirects the issue to this local provider. This has been going on for months and they wont refund the money back either
