Eureka Forbes company sent a technician to install a faulty pump and parts for our Aquaguard and did not even give receipts. Then 2 months later, after many requests for replacement of the faulty parts, a technician came to us claiming he was from Eureka and demanded a down payment of 4000 rupees which 3000 we gave in bank account and 1000 in cash. After this, they didn’t pick up any calls and never came back.
