27^th April 2021, Purchased clothing’s from the online portal/web thedecalkingdom.myshopify.com. Amounting RS 2281.60 and got confirmation from seller received Payment for Order (#1079) and same will be notify once shipped. Later when called for delay, they told as cant send parcel will refund. I asked them to reverse the payment in same account. But they insisted to transfer to GPAY account. As was not having informed my friends Gpay account. After lot of calls and follow-ups on 13^th May 2021 they assured me of refund and asked me my bank name and branch and upi id to transfer the money. Then my friend received a message from Customer service whom we were chasing i.e. 9002996860 saying INDBPRDBNK Confidential. Don’t share if asked! with a code, which they asked me to forward to a mobile no 8159881660. After this, I found that my bank account (which had about Rs. 30000) balance became zero. I quickly called my bank and blocked all kinds of UPI transaction in my account but the damage, although may be small for many, has been done

Now my amount which was to be refunded INR 2281.60 and my friends account INR 30000 approx. have been taken by them. I want this not to happen to anyone. How justice can be brought and culprit to be punished.
