Text of Complaint by Aishwarya Jadhav:

I booked a hotel today on Agoda I did pay rs. 3689.98 via debit card (retail domestic pt) but the transaction failed it said something went wrong so then I pay via UPI that transaction was successful but when I checked my account both the transactions were successful. Then I cancelled my booking and received the UPI payment back but did not get the card payment back .
