We booked a 3 BHK flat in “Divine Heights” by Divine City Welfare Society on 20th March 2016 with the promise that they will complete the flat by December 2020/January 2021and give us the possession by then. Till date there’s no development, also company’s website is closed, email is not working and management is refusing to pay any refund.
We have called so many times, but they are not listening, just ignoring our calls.
We had paid a total amount of Rs. 21,11,000/- till now.
