Respected sir / madam
I am suresh kumar from teh arki distt. Solan himachal pradesh.
On may 21th 2020 i got a call and whatsapp message from a company called ‘ DFX ENTERPRISE ’ offering
“ online captcha copying part time work in our mobile phone.. They said 700 words workload they will provide for 7 days and i have to complete it with 90% accuracy.
They said that after
After i accepted to work they ask me to send my photo and aadhar card details. Then they sent me a link through email.
When i click the link that i got a mail that i have signed an agreement (Which i’m not aware of it) saying that if i failed to submit my work within 10 days i have to pay penalty..
I was shocked by this mail..
I refused to continue with it throgh their whatsapp account. After that i didn’t received any message from them.
I came to know this is a fraud company.. Now they sended me a notice after few days to pay penalty as per the fake agreement whick i was not aware..
They also said they have filed case against me in court. If i want to settle the disoute call at 8980255494. When i. Called they asked me to pay the dues ie registration fee.
Even i had refused to work when i recived the fake agreement. Now they are sending me messages again and again.
I request you to please cancel that agreement and registration and to take strict action on them..

I got call from some advocate Simran and she said that she will help me in settlement.
First she said that I have to pay late fees of 7000/-, I disagreed then she called again and said atleast give 1000/-. I said if you want then deduct it from next week’s payment.
They had sent me some email saying it is legal notice and if I do not pay their money 4700+3000 then I have to appear in front of Vapi Court. My financial condition is very poor and cannot pay.
Its totally fraud and building pressure on me.
I am soft hearted and cannot handle such stress

Main BHi is frud me fas gaya hon aur ab mujhse payment karne ka bola jai. Plz help me. DFX ENTERPRISE FROUD company jai. Ab court Ki dhamki de rahe hai. I have no mony and cannot any amount.
I have already paid a amt of 50k now also they r saying they will re open my case. I want justice.
Why are you delaying further? Take it up with the Commissioner in your area. File a case of blackmail agsinst them
Even they contact me today sir and i searched the true caller and got that this this number is a fraud and then search company name in net and hot to know this is fraud cyber crimw should take action and punish them but every day and now getting fraud call and then being

guys don’t panic just complaint to your concerned police station, file a fir against DFX ENTERPRISE for online scam. I have contacted the branch in which they are having account to freeze their account. If any of you guys have paid any amount against the penalty contact the branch.
I am affected too…I have not payed anything…but should I entertain their calls?
Kaun se branch ko visit karna hoga maine bhe penalty bhara hai mujhe harras kiya gya hai k agr hi bhara toh police arrest kar k lake jyegi mai bhot dard gyi thi maine udhar paise arrange kar k bhara hai plz help me also
today i got a call from DFX enterprises. I am asking company details, but they are not willing to provide. I just check with Ministry of Corporate affairs. It is fraud company. Don’t give any single money.
I have also been frauded by this company DFX Enterprise and now they are saying that I have not completed my work but I have completed it and also check it with the cyber expert and he said that their are rarely 20 mistake but they are saying that I have made 100 and more mistakes
