I have such a worst experienced because of this de faliz vacation Company. In my recent trip to GOA I came across to this vacation company ,while purchasing this offer the company employees promised and have assured soo many things which end up with all the lies , while purchasing this vacations plans i even won a gift voucher which i want to use in the month of June because we were informed by the team that you can book before 15 days so to use that gift voucher i mailed the details 15days prior notice and got a revert back with a new policy which says that 30/40 days prior notice should be there ,secondly my booking id which was provided by this vacation company for booking the hotels online they changed by id and password with my knowledge which was breach of trust ,breach of knowledge,thirdly i have been calling the customer care of this company since 2/3 months no responses if i mail them won’t get revert back on time .
Recently I’m planning a trip to Thailand in the month of October and i have mailed the same with details n all to the team but it’s been 2days no response because of this I can’t book my stay n other things accordingly. Kindly look upon this matter For these reasons, I would ask you either to refund my money or replace my losses. Looking forward to your immediate response.
