I had deposited Rs.5000/- to the bank account number 4597876162093 of Buyucoin app through my savings bank account via IMPS on 02.03.2024 at 4.33 PM and sent them the screenshot to credit the same into my buyucoin wallet, but till now they have not credited the amount even after raising tickets and sending the screenshots of the payments i made. So please look into the matter and help me in creditng my money back.
