Sir I have invited to hotel for tourism package on 25th Sep 2022, I have visited the said hotel and sales manager explained well with all possible wrong information and I ended up giving Rs.60000 believing the words of sales executive for 5years touring package.
Even after 7 months i.e. 25 April 2023 my package is not confirmed and they are not returning my money.
I have been fraud and taken Rs.60000. please help me out.
