The company with my knowledge signed me into a fake contract without my knowledge as they offered me to complete the work of CAPTCHA filling in 10 days. They forced me into a contract without any prior intimation and later sent me a whatsapp message and a mail saying that I was involved in fraud and I have to pay a fine of Rs.8500 to get out of this legal intimation. Later, I came to google and copied the Legal notice series number i.e. RG934046200IN, and found out that there are already people in the CCC with the same series number and having the same problem as mine. I would like to mention that please take some strict actions against these sort of companies fooling people and earning money with them. The Lawyer or I should say the fake lawyer that contacted me was Nidhi Gupta B:C:I:-GJ-1785/2009 and the mobile number through which the call and message came was 7478971727.
I would request the Consumer court to take strict actions against such cheaters and scamsters.
