I would like to report an incident regarding online shopping fraud. I think I might me one of the victims among many others.
I have ordered “India’s Fabric Storage boxes for clothes( Set of 6 bags) for ₹999 from “https://beyonessh.shop/products/trendy-non-woven-saree-covers-pack-of-6-3020387?ref=loox-wr-btn&post_id=N1mg7EWoj ” which is linked to ” noguindia” was delivered by TRENDNETIC CREATIONS , Bangalore on 17th December 2021, but I received the parcel on 3rd January 2021.
NOTE: THE WEBSITES ARE STILL OPERATIVE
Payment was made via COD But it’s not the same bags which I ordered , I received normal cheap saree bag same bag cost around 20 to 30 rupees in local stores.
What I purchased and what I received is totally different.
I have already mailed the issues with relative return policy contacts (No customer care number was provided for any of those websites but only gmail ID’s were provided) but still no call back and reply from them

Many people who purchased the item faced same issues as well.
Please look into this issue ASAP So I want my refund money back.
LEven there is no customer care details for above mentioned companies (Beyonessh ,Nougindia & Trendnetic creations)
