Hi I am israfil …i need a help.. I order a product from Club factory in 28 october, 2019… But my order was not confirm.. But the amount of 220 rupees deducated from my bank account.. I contact clubfatorys customer service in live chat and phone call.. They said its a technical problem.. It will solve very soon.. I contact their customer care many times.. They did not understand my problem.. They always said this offer is expired and they did not got the money.. And they told me that contact your bank.. Then they take action… So my order ID – SO186162088….please help me.. I want my money back.. So tell  me whats the problem.. Where is my money? I want to know.. I need a help.. Please help me.. They said your bank did not give the amount to us.. I show them my transtion  proof.. But they said its your bank fault.. You bank send the amount in wrong company… I will give the all proof..
