Lots of goodies were told while selling the product ( membership ). When the time came to use the membership, the officials replied back that all the goodies which i am asking is not part of policy. Even after number of follow-ups in through mails and calls, no one responds back.
To buy the membership, Club Mahindra charged me INR 2.71 L, but while its the turn to provide service, there is no one to take care.

Please share the break up of the cost and Itinerary. As I understand Transportation from Bangalore Airport till resort and back to Bangalore Airport is included in the complimentary package.
Apart from this, I asked for 2 additional days in Maldives from my membership account.
Two, 6 years children will also accompany us on this trip. Hope this is taken care in the itinerary.
Would suggest if someone can call me up and discuss and close this. replying over mail and then waiting for 2 days for response will not work out.

I have also attached scanned copy of the details explained by our sales executive, Siddharth Siyal, marked in the mail, where its been clearly stated, that for all Domestic and International travels, food cost in the Club Mahindra property will be in between INR 1100 and INR 1500 only, whereas as per your below mail its INR 3700 per meal, per person, per day. Where is the disconnect here ? Was something told to us just to sell the membership ? Or if at the time of selling membership it was told correctly, then why has it been charged high now ? There are many gaps I see, between what was told at the time of sale and what I get in reality ? This seems highly unprofessional and unexpected from the Mahindra group.
Please check and reply back with what stands in reality asap.
