Byju’s representative, Mr. Subham, compelled us to take the 15 days trial of a course for my brother. He misled us by saying that only 2 year course is available and we need to give consent for automatic instalment withdrawal to start the trial. He assured us that in case we did not want to continue, he will cancel the enrolment immediately. Unfortunately, we followed his instructions.
Within few days of the trial, we realised that it is not suitable for us and we don’t want to continue. Since then, we have been repeatedly trying to cancel the enrolment, for over a month now and no action has been taken. The representatives of Byju’s keep redirecting our calls to here and there, with no resolution. We also communicated the same, well within the trial period, to Mr. Subham but he made repeated excuses and asked us to send an email to the cancellation team.
Moreover, Byju’s team is asking us questions such as — “Why did you enrol the student in a 2 year course if you knew it would be difficult for him to continue?”, “Did you just want to exploit the trial period?”, etc. And now, it is being informed to us that the instalment deduction will start on August 6.
We want to cancel the enrolment with full refund at the earliest.
