Yesterday i saw an ad of boat nirvana on instagram about the sale on electronic products.So i click that ad and redirected to the site of boat nirvana.Now,there i see a countdown at the top of page and below was the products shown having a discount on them.So,i ordered Boat Airdopes 131 – Wireless of about ₹336 and done my payment through Gpay.After that i got a text message regarding my order and the order id was written in it followed by the link of checking the status of my order.When i opened it,it showd my order has been confirmed and i will get updates regarding my order through text.But,today when i opened that link,it doesn’t work and is showing that store is unavailable.So basically boat Nirvana is doing scams to their customers and did not refund the amount.Must take a action against boat.
