Bigwingames took Rs.49 from my mobile balance of without my permission. Please look into this matter, how can they do this

Same thing happened with me. I think Vodafone india should take the matter seriously.
Vodafone India can’t denies the involvement in this matter as deduction is clearly visible as add on pack in their official VI apps.
