My name is Vikash prasad my customer I’d is 881041807. They trapped me to enroll axis atlas credit card in the name of card upgradation . Before enrolling me they made fake promises 1) 18 domestic lounge and 12 international lounge in a year 2) Annual fees of Rs 5000/- won’t be charged . After reciveing the card i called the again to reconfirm the benefits and the advisor who received the call he said you will get all those benefits which u have promised. So I activated the card after activating the card I found that fees was charged in the first month billing statement and I was given 8domestic lounge and 4international lounges. Every time you call them they will say new new things first they told me that they lost the call details and on the very next day they called me again and told me they found the calls details but no such promises has been made and when I asked them to share the call recording they told me to share a mail regarding this request Inspite of doing that .. no solution was given.
