There are 2 types of loan showing in my cibil score record and because of these loan my cibil score start decreasing every month and these loan are from amazon pay later. And I didn’t even used their limit or no amount is remaining but they showed in my cibil score record with the active status with 2 different accounts. One is from cap float but now their name is axis and second is from karur vysya bank and second one is reflecting later from the first one with 6000 loan amount. Both accounts have there account name is same. I wanted to delete the account from the cibil record but amazon didn’t reply or talk to me over the phone call and i was trying from many times. I also need compensation for my cibil score effectiveness.
