I have done the recharge of TATA play while using Amazon pay ,Amount hadbeen deducted but not yet credited to biller account ,I was trying to contact the Amazon pay and TATA pay costumer care and and requesting to refund the same but both are blamming on each other that we have done our task successfully, Then question is that where my money rs 186 has gone
Kindly look into this to avoid this fraud made by either company
