Text of Complaint by Manoj Pal Singh:

Dear Sir,
I have bought a product with Order Number: 408-7394225-7206705 which was delivered to me on 16th August,2022. It was a faulty product against which I have requested a return and refund, a return has been scheduled for 20th August, 2022 but was not possible due to the pick-up boy. I have raised again to do the return, which was again re-scheduled on 22nd August, 2022. The product was picked up from my home location and status has been updated as picked-up on the amazon user login portal after few hours. I was supposed to get the refund initiated within 10 days as per the guidelines from the customer care agent. And now after couple of days passed I have checked again on 27th Aug,2022 and the status shows same as it was on the pick-up day, there wasn’t any change reflected so I called the customer care again and they told me that they need to check with the pick-up agent for which it will reflect on my email within 3days. I wait for that but again there is no response, I again call the customer care on 31st Aug, 2022 they said that they haven’t received the faulty product back so will not issue any refunds and they will not help in it anymore. Sir I request you to kindly check as I am attaching all the receipts and screenshot of the application for your references. I have bought it for 4499 INR which is not a small amount. I request you to do the enquiry and help me in getting my money back or the product.
