I order a Hair Treatment Hair Treatment Root Nutrients Neo Hair Lotion 120 ml. Green Wealth by LITTLE BEE from amazon of price INR 3,980.00 i got a defective one and not proper boxing of amazon when I appeal to the amazon they said to me send a photo with date and name and told me your money will be refunded after 1 day they blocked my account.
When i mail them they said you violated our policies and T&C and when i asked to reopen my account they denied and not refunded my account and my account was premium membership.
This all happened on 28th of march and my expiry date of prime membership was 21st Jun and also i loss my 3 month prime subscription as well as my account.
