I purchased watch from AMAZON on 27th April,2023 and received watch on 29th
april, 2023
I check watch but finally in noticed that watch, i purchased that is
damage product, so i put for refund,
Your person come here on 6th may to collect watch but he denied to take
product, he said watch serial number and box number is not matched,
I call again to customer care ( AMAZON ) and ask for refund they said they will
collect goods definitely and i will get refund, then your person come on
8th may, and took watch from me,
after someday when i didn’t get refund so i called on customer care, they
told me put e-mail on ofm@amazon.in,
I replied that I didn’t get a refund.
Neither Amazon returned watch nor returned money
