I bought a hamleys gift card from Amazon Order no : 404-1566312-5288307
The card was for 5000 . I gifted this to a friend who used the card today just to find that the card has 0 balance. When I called up amazon they said 10 days have passed and they can do nothing. The validity of the card is 1 year. I dont want to return the card but have balance in the card and the balance cant go away in a month.
