I have purchased a product from Amazon, expecting the best value available, but it turned out to be the worst. The price of the product does not justify its quality, as there are better products available at a fraction of the cost. Amazon accepted the return, and the pickup person successfully retrieved the product. However, a few days later, I noticed that it was still showing as “not received” on the Amazon orders page. Upon contacting Amazon to address this issue, they conducted an investigation and subsequently denied the refund, claiming that they did not receive the product. A few days later, the product was returned to me, and it became apparent that the issue was due to a logistics issue and not my own doing. I then informed Amazon that I had the product in my possession and requested them to process the return. However, they refused, stating that the product was intact and in good condition upon delivery. My concern was not about the product being damaged or faulty, but rather that it was not worth the cost and seemed like a complete scam, with Amazon selling a product worth 1000 at the rate of 15000. I am puzzled as to why I would make such a purchase under these circumstances. I kindly request your assistance with processing the return, as this situation appears to be a complete scam.
