last month amit kumar (airtel sale person) contacted me and offered me airtel wifi plan and promised me that I will get the wifi for free and also there will be no service/bill will be generated for the first month. on 18th December my bill was generated. i immediately contacted airtel customer support but customer care persons disconnected my calls multiple times finally after 6 attempts I was able to raise a complaint or request against this fraud. today I have received a call from airtel customer care and they said they won’t me able to help me with this matter and I have to handle the sale person (amit kumar) on my own and they do not have any responsibility of the misconduct or fraud that he is doing to generate sales lead.
