Hi,
I have been using Airtel Services for many years now. A couple of months back I got a call from Airtel and they offered me Airtel One Service where Postpaid Mobile, DTH and Broadband services can be bundled together. I was also told that Netflix will be free for me. When I bundled the services, they created a new account for me, and the balance of around Rs 650 in earlier DTH connection was left unused. I raised a complaint regarding this and asked for either refunding the DTH balance to my bank account or adjusting the same in the new account bill. However, when I received my bill in Nov, 2020 no adjustment was done, and the amount is still lying idle in my earlier DTH account. I raised 2 complaints in the last 3 weeks, but neither anybody reached out to me as the customer care executive promised nor any action has been taken.

2. False promised of Netflix as a free service
On 7th Dec , 2020 I called up customer care asking to disconnect my current Broadband and DTH services, but they asking me to settle the previous bill ( for which I have already raised a couple of complaints ).
Please help me with getting my refund and guide me how I can take severe action against this Fraud Service provider named ‘Airtel’.
