Text of Complaint by Atharv sawant:

Respected sir / mam
I had placed the request for Airtel Braudband on May same day, at 8:27 pm, I received a message from an Airtel executive on the number I had registered. He told me about the offers and the different schemes. I selected one of them. I asked Verification for his ID card and he sent it right away. He then sent me a QR code for payment. I transferred 3,000 from Paytm using the QR code he sent me. He then told me to send the receipt in an hour but did not send it. He did not reply to me on May 9. I texted and called him back on May 10. At 8:10 a.m. on May 10, he asked me to confirm the name again. I told him to call but he didn’t.
I asked him to cancel the connection on May 10, but he said nothing that day. On May 12, I called him back to cancel the connection and asked for a refund. He said you will get a refund in 48 hours.
After that he keep saying that u will get refund in 48 hrs I haven’t received a refund yet. I went to airtel but instead of registering the complaint they are saying that this is a common thing
