One of the Airtel executive offered us a discount on monthly bills and charged Rs 1000 on January 07. He committed that my all monthly bills will be around Rs. 600 for life time.
I paid one time fee via Paytm to the executive. Paytm number is 9085610807.
He provided me a discount of Rs. 472 in my last monthly bill however now he is not responding.
I called Airtel customer care but they are not taking any action. They closed the customer service case as well without any confirmation.
To me it looks like, some people from Airtel network team is doing that fraud. My request is to find out who is doing that.
