Hi Team,
I have ported my number from idea to airtel Postpaid 2 months back.
Airtel executive at store committed me my postpaid plan should be INR 249 along with unlimited calling local & STD, SMS & 20 GB data. Also said that same will reflected in bill, but today i received the 2nd bill but its showing wrong plan of INR 399.
Airtel cheated me by promising false plan. Is this the way airtel cheats the customer.
