I booked hotel vibrant stay with booking id 731046481 with the name charit bansal by agoda app.The room was mentioned with the facilities air-conditioned and breakfast included but there was not even a fan in room and there was no kitchen in the property.I booked by agoda app but I got contact informations of Oyo and the property manager also got booking details from Oyo .I called oyo but there are not ready to listen anything and saying contact agoda.If Oyo is not liable then why hoteler got booking through Oyo ? I tried to contact agoda also but all the contacts provided in their apps are wrong.I raised objection to hoteler also he is saying that he can’t do anything talk where you booked or else cancel booking don’t stay in my property.Its 11pm, we are 2 families with 2 kids just 3 and 4 years old .I want to raise complaint against all these 3 parties agoda,oyo and hotel who are doing organized fraud and looting visitors .
