I booked my seat in abhibus, with Booking ID: AV5765163167, seat no 13 costing me 868 INR ,but they did not provide me the mentioned seat , and the staff behaviour was rudest possible.
I just want my refund and a case to be filled on Abhibus for bad trade practices.
