I received a call from aalayan solutions last month. They didn’t even gave me time to think and have me submit my aadhar number, and signature and I wasn’t even 18 back then. I thought they would point it out as my birth of date was clearly written on my aadhar card but they didn’t point it out and still sign me with company. They told me i would receive a email in 10-15 mins in which my work which i have to do would be given but i never received that email. I also called them but they never pick up my call and never replied to my text. Now I received a message he told me that i have to pay penalty fees otherwise they would file a law suit against me and i have to pay 1 lakh something amount and also they would keep my father in police custody for 7 days. I was afraid. I called my friend and they told me that it is fake. One of my friend also talked to the lawyer on call but he wasn’t ready to give any company details or identification proof and also was not ready to send legal documents that i have to pay penalty and threaten me to pay it now or he would file the case. I was also ready to pay the amount but then he start talking rudely. When i told him that my father is going to pay but he wants to see the mail he send as he told me in the first call that he had send me a mail in which he had send a pdf of this law case. When i told him I didn’t receive one he told me that i am wasting his time, he told me he is going to file a case right now and he also put late charges on the fees. I told him he could file the case as he is talking rudely with me and not providing me any documents and also i didn’t receive any work email and also the number on which i got the call from the company is also switched off. I think aalayan solutions is the fake company and also they shouldn’t have the right to file the case as first they didn’t provide work and second their lawyer is not talking professionally. And also if they say that they send the work email then they should have taken this action week later as it was written on the form but they took one month why because I wasn’t 18 back then and i just became adult 4 days ago.
