The travel company name is TRAVENTURE HOLDAY PVT LTD and GST number is 29AAICT2435R1ZL. I paid Rs. 62100 for 5 years tour package with one complimentary package. They told me to provide extra services also like gym, yoga, spa, etc. I asked them multiple times to book the tickets and give access of gym, yoga, spa services. Everytime they used to tell that will do but they have never provided any single service. Now they are not responding to my call and e-mails. Please help to resolve this fraud.

Did u got your refund. How did u manage to come out of this fraud. Now a days cyber crime and scammers are increasing everywhere. Where there is lengthy process for court to resolve this issue. Many people drop their problems by losing money and peace. Hope people should not fall to these kind of scams and trap fro their bait. Think 100 times before agreeing them. Don’t waste your money.
