After seeing an advertisement in OPERA News, I had booked an order for ” boAt Airdopes 711 | Wireless Earbuds with Powerful 6mm drivers” and made online payment of Rs 399/-
After that I got an e-mail that your order has been confirmed. Order # 1004.
Next day I got another e-mail that “Your order is on the way. Track your shipment to see the delivery status.”
After 2-3 days when I tried to track the Delivery Status, the following message was displayed – “Invalid Order ID”
Till date, neither I have received my order nor reply of my 2 e-mails to them.
