looking for a data entry position, i came across this website “bookmaster.co.in” by Arti Patel. Upon not fullfilling the required number of pages 220, and failing in Quality Control, the Advocate whose registration number is RJ300/08/2006 – Advocate Vijay Shah, sent me a mail about the legal notice and threatened to send a police to my place and asked me to make payment. Upon searching online i found that there are multiple cases against this number on the consumercomplaintscourt. in all cases the registration number is the same but the advocates names change that is where it triggered my attention and hence putting it here. Kindly look into the matter.

I too scammed by those people, and i have paid Rs.7,200 as they threatened and they are still asking me to pay the rest of the money which is not mentioned in the agreement. I asked about the genuineness of the advocate, they stopped asking money for some time. Than later i got the attention to check the whatsapp profile photo in google which said that, the image was actually Rajesh Kumar Sharma of Patna. They used the picture of another lawyer.
When i asked about the profile and name again to the person he went eniterly silent for an hour. After that i said hello – and they replied with auto generated message.
So, to make them believe that I’m still believing them i asked, when to pay the money?. When i asked about the money they came to chat, and gave me an extra one hour to pay, and there i asked for the enrollment number – they simply said that i can’t give because you didn’t pay the rest of the amount.
Even i have advised for my fellow people and been awared of scams, somehow i have fallen in the trap in the need of money. So don’t trust these online jobs, they are all scams.
