I ordered one Smart Watch (Watch Ultra 2 Series 9 + earbuds 2 combo from 7elevenshope website link – https://7eleven-shope.in/ it was an utter shock to me when I received the order. It was a cheap quality T800 Watch which is a wrong product. I reached out to the WhatsApp number for which I received the order the so called customer care numbe but when I wrote about wrong orders they stopped responding. It is request to take appropriate action and issue my refund. Attached is the details of the order.
