Dear Sir,

I have ordered jio sim from 10.digi.com on 20 sept 2021. The sim was delivered on 20 sept afternoon. Alloted jio no was 9392462034. Even after passage of 3 days sim is not activated.

I have purchased the sim from 10digi.com and I have paid them ₹248/- through upi payment mode from my existing mobile no

I have also raised complaint on 10digi.com but nothing has been done.

I have tried to activate the sim in 3 different handsets but no network was not detected in any of them.

Please look into the matter and resolve it on priority basis.
