I settled my zip bill of Rs.21201 in Rs9000 as full and final payment. Mobikwik executive told me to pay this amount and rest amount will get waiver automatically from my mobikwik application. After made my payment when i checked in mobikwik application there is no such as waiver showing in my account. Now the executive blocked me on WhatsApp and i am unable to make contact with anybody.so i requested you to please take this as a very serious matter. I Hope a very speedy solution from your side.
