• Hi, I’m Sayantan from Kolkata & I’ve purchased last 15th of March 2020 a product “Eureka Forbes Trendy Dx Wet & Dry Vacuum Cleaner Red, Black | wet” from a shop (Invoice No: FABGLN2000026895), But after receiving the same product have seen the product was damaged, So I raised a complain to Eureka Forbes customer desk to 29th May 2020, (complain number “2016496278”). Since it’s almost completing one month now, but Eureka Forbes company and his customer care doing nothing & still this issue pending from my end. They are starting buying time game each and everytime when I’ve called them now. Please give me a proper resolution from the fraud company like Eureka Forbes to solve this issue which was running from long time now.
