this is shubhangi salvi residing in borivali west. we got a sms regarding some home business for LED bulb for which we showed interest for same and asked for the details , we got a call from one lady Anju sharma ( 7065633364/9990884597) . she provided all details regarding the business with the cost of the machine 35000/-  and same seemed to be interesting hence proceeded with the partial payment ( 17500) and recd partial material when asked about the partial supply they informed us after paying the balance amount there technician will be carrying the same and provide training of same . hence we paid 50 % (17500)balance amount , after paying complete 35000/- they came back asking to pay 28%GST which was coming around 9800/- we denied for this as they did not tell earlier about this and then seem to be something fishy about this. hence we told them that we are not interested to do the business and advise to refund the amount ,for which they told us to send an email to (allmachinedetail@gmail.com), however we didnot receive any acknowledgment of the mail, when asked about this anju said they are very busy with there business and they cannot keep replying to the email due to which they have caused the loss.   then they assured that it takes around 2 -3 months for returning same . hence used to follow around 15 days on whatsapp , but suddenly there what app response was stopped and when called them they told they are very busy with the business and due to heavy response from the customer they have stopped whatsapp messages. Now there phone numbers are not reachable .
