On a 3rd dec 2020 I got a call from Mr. Tarun (7227034960) again he explained all the work i. e. Capcha via whatsup it was 10000 captcha n u hav to complete it in 10 days when I read all the agreement after a day i called to the mr. Tarun he doesn’t replied again I called on helpline number i. e. 9909901496 there was to no reply. And I was doing call to both of them it was no reply, on 11th dec i called again on helpline number and they replied me to drop a mail (help4captcha01@gmail.com)as u want to quit the work and I dropped it. On the 12 dec i got message on whatsup from +91 70961 79653 and the person stating to pay the panalty for cancellation process it was 12,850 rs. Otherwise they will start another procedure And I replied on the same that on the agreement u didn’t mention anything about cancellation process.
On 18th dec I got a mail from malik.legal.associates@gmail.com stating that I have to pay 120000 in the court .
Just help me in this situation. consumer court i am requesting to u take a legal action against of them.
